Power in, power out! Whip up these protein packed snacks for an on-the-go energy blast.
What You Need:
- Ingredients
- Bowl
- Spatula
- Measuring utensils
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Popsicle sticks or paper straws
What You Do:
- Wash your hands, gather all your ingredients and roll out a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 1 ¼ C oats
- ¼ C chocolate chips
- 2 T chia seeds
- ½ t cinnamon
- ¼ t salt
- Add the wet ingredients and mix with your hands.
- ¾ C peanut butter
- ¼ C honey
- ½ t vanilla extract
- Scoop a spoonful about 2T into your hands and roll into a ball. Add a popsicle stick or paper straw and place on the baking sheet.
- Once all ingredients are rolled into pops, refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
Change It Up:
- Nut free? Substitute sun butter for peanut butter.
- Vegan? Substitute maple syrup for honey and cranberries for chocolate chips.
- Make it party style. Roll your Power Pops in cocoa powder or sprinkles for a festive treat.
