Museum Field Trip for Grades 4-5

Fourth and fifth graders put problem-solving skills to work as they collaborate to complete a hands-on challenge during a 45-minute workshop facilitated by a museum animator. An additional 45 minutes is provided for exploring the museum's second floor exhibits, including Moneypalooza, IdeaWorks and Power2Play.

 

Museum Workshops for Grades 4-5

A museum workshop is required for fourth and fifth graders in the museum. First floor exhibits are designed for younger learners.

 

Engineer It!

Creativity and problem-solving are front and center as students design and build complex machines in this hands-on workshop. Students learn about simple machines and use them to engineer a solution to a whimsical challenge.
