Museum Party Package I
$195 | $75 deposit required- Museum admission for up to 15 children (ages 1-17) and their parents. We expect parents to attend with their children and do not count parents as part of the 15.
- One hour in a private party room for cake and presents
- Party host and staff clean up
- Free play throughout the museum
- 15 return passes for museum admission
- Add $8 for each additional child
- Museum members receive a 10% discount
- Add-ons like invitations and treat bags are available
Museum Party Package II
$275 | $95 deposit required- Museum admission for up to 15 children (ages 1-17) and their parents. We expect parents to attend with their children and do not count parents as part of the 15.
- Custom birthday cake, ice cream, juice boxes and paper products (tablecloths, napkins, plates, forks, spoons)
- A Marbles t-shirt for the birthday child
- One hour in a private party room for cake and presents
- Party host and staff clean up
- Free play throughout the museum
- 15 return passes for museum admission
- Add $8 for each additional child
- Add-ons like invitations and treat bags are available

Saturdays: 9:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm
Sundays: 12:00pm, 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 2:30pm 3:00pm
Weekdays: Call for availability; parties are available during Target $2 Tuesday Night and First Friday
Party Rooms
Marbles Kids Museum offers three rooms for birthday parties:
- Emerald Isle – On the first floor near the Blue Marble pirate ship; 16 children (max capacity for room – 32 (adults and children), 1:1 ratio)
- Blue Lagoon – On the first floor near the Blue Marble pirate ship; 24 children (max capacity for room – 48 (adults and children), 1:1 ratio)
- Think Tank – On the second floor near IdeaWorks; 32 children (max capacity for room – 64 (adults and children), 1:1 ratio)
Party Host
Each Marbles Kids Museum birthday party includes a Party Host to assist you before, during and after your party to help create a wonderful party experience for you, your child and your guests.
Before your party, he or she will:
- Assist you in serving food, beverages and cake
- Complete a headcount of your guests in order to process the party contract
- Help with any reasonable requests you may have
- Finalize your party contract and assist in completing the payment transaction
- Provide return passes for your guests and help transition your guests into the museum
- Assist with packing and storing your party supplies and gifts (but no personal valuables) until you are ready to leave the museum
- When you are ready to depart the museum, he or she will:
- Retrieve your stored party supplies and gifts and assist in transporting to your vehicle
Add-Ons for Museum Parties
InvitationsColorful Marbles postcard invitations are available through the birthday party coordinator or at the museum welcome desk. Cost is $5 for 15 invitations.
IMAX FilmsAdd an IMAX film to your museum party! Prices for documentary films are $4.50 per youth 1-11; $7.95 per adult; and $6.95 per senior. Hollywood films are $6 per youth 1-11; $10.95 per adult; and $9.95 per senior.
Treat BagsGive your guests a Marbleous treat bag, boy and girl options are available. Treat bags are best suited for children ages 1-10. Add $5 per child.
Beverage ServiceCoffee is available for $25 per urn (20-25 cups per urn) plus $20 for set up (includes cups, lids, sleeves, napkins, sweeteners, half and half and stir sticks. Bottled water is available for $1 per bottle, and hot tea service is $20 for 24 tea bags, hot water and set up. Beverages purchased individually in The Corner Store cannot be brought into the museum or party rooms.
