Raleigh, NC (10.6.09) — Marbles Kids Museum and a coalition of partner organizations present Family Fun Night Spooktacular on Thursday, October 8 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at the museum in downtown Raleigh. During this evening of play and learning entirely for children 12 and under with special needs and their families, the museum turns into a pumpkin's paradise with creepy crawlies from the NC Museum of Natural Science, cauldrons of ooey gooey fun, seasonal stories, a special appearance by members of the Star Wars inspired 501st Legion and a monster mashin' dance party. Dinner will be provided by the Wake County Autism Society. Marbles Kids Museum hosts this free evening quarterly for kids with special needs and their families. Partners that helped to make this event possible include: The Arc of Wake County, First in Family of Wake County, NC Museum of Natural Science, TelAbility, Triangle Down Syndrome Network, Wake County Autism Society, Wake County Cerebral Palsy Support Group, Wake County LICC and Wake SEPTA.
