Party Policies

Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. You will receive a receipt for this charge the day of the party. The remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of your party. Marbles Kids Museum reserves the right to charge an additional fee if you are late in vacating the Party Room.

Cancellations

The Birthday Party Coordinator must receive written notice of cancellation no less than two weeks prior to your party date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. If written cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to your party date, you will forfeit your deposit. If an emergency cancellation is made with at least 24-hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to a rescheduled date.

Food and Beverage

Regardless of the party package you choose, you are welcome to bring additional food and beverage items to your party. Opt. II includes cake, ice cream and juice boxes for the children attending the party. Items other than "snack and typical birthday food items" must be approved by our staff and must come from our approved catering list. You are encouraged to bring the appropriate paper products needed to serve those items with.

Balloons and Pinatas

We regret that Marbles Kids Museum does not allow balloons of any type or pinatas in the facility. Pinatas are a choking hazard for small children, and helium balloons present a problem if allowed to float to the top of our very high ceilings.
